Problem

The aim The main focus of this Industrial PhD project was on the optimization of the internal logistics of the automotive manufacturer SEAT. Overall, the thesis’ objectives were to study, analyze and propose new solution for several internal logistics problems in this company, using new mathematical models, heuristics and simulation algorithm to improve the productivity and reduce costs in this area of the Seat’s Logistics. 

This project was conducted between 2016 and 2019.
